The European Commission's Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood (DG ENEST), in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS) and the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) through FINNO platform, has the pleasure of inviting you to the regional event which will take place on 9 April 2025 in Belgrade, Serbia.
The Event covers the Western Balkans region, namely Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
The Event aims to facilitate private investments in the region by:
- Informing micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) hands-on about accessing EU-backed financing, notably under the Western Balkan Investment Framework (WBIF)
- Encouraging match-making among MSMEs in the Western Balkans region, between EU and Western Balkans' MSMEs as well as between MSMEs and financial institutions (Business-to-Business and Business-to-Finance)
- Facilitating knowledge-sharing between local and EU businesses, public authorities and DG ENEST on policies but also obstacles to doing business.
The Event will be held at the Hotel Metropol Palace, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 69, Belgrade, Serbia, with possibilities for online participation (details provided under "Event Structure").
